Ingredients
  • 500g Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda® (or any substitute for 2 tablespoons sugar)
Instructions
  1. Mix the yogurt cheese, cinnamon and sweetener together. Use the measurements listed above, or just do it to taste.
