Sautéed Savoy cabbage with Dijon mustard

Sautéed Savoy cabbage with Dijon mustard

If you’re looking for a new side dish that’s delicious, healthy, and pretty to look at, try Savoy cabbage with Dijon mustard.  The crinkly cabbage leaves look beautiful slivered up on your plate, and the Dijon mustard grains pop delightfully in your mouth with each forkful.

If you think cabbage is boring, think again! Try this side dish with some braised sausages and Low carb mashed cauliflower for a delicious low carb meal you won’t soon forget.

I really like using the whole grain Dijon mustard with this recipe. If you don’t have it you can substitute smooth Dijon mustard and the taste will be fine – you’ll just miss out on some of the fun!
