Wash the cauliflower and remove leaves.
Cut the cauliflower into quarters and remove the core.
Grate the cauliflower using a hand-held grater. If that's too much work, you can use a food processor to chop it into small pieces about the size of rice, but the texture isn't quite as nice.
Heat a large, nonstick frying pan on medium-high heat, and add the cauliflower. Don't add any water or oil!
Dry-fry the cauliflower for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until tender.
