  • 1 head cauliflower
  • ¼- ½ cup heavy cream (or milk or evaporated milk)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt


  1. Cut the cauliflower into pieces and steam them for 10-15 minutes until tender.

  2. Using a food processor or blender, purée the cauliflower, adding the cream or milk as needed until it is very smooth.

  3. Add the garlic salt and mix well.

Tip: make this dish up ahead of time and let it stay warm in a slow cooker while you cook the rest of dinner.
