Yes, you can whip cream in 30 seconds – just whip it in a measuring cup instead of a bowl. I’m not exactly sure why this is so much faster, but I think it probably has something to do with the straight walls of the measuring cup.

  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipping cream – 33% MF)
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda® (or any substitute for 1 tablespoon sugar) optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional


  1. Put 1 cup of heavy cream in a 4-cup glass measuring cup.
